Replace the clutch in the Nitro Sport

STEP 1: Remove the spur gear by loosening the 4mm nylon lock nut.

STEP 2: Remove the large E-clip that secures the clutch bell to the flywheel.

STEP 3: Remove the clutch bell from the clutch assembly.

STEP 4: Wedge a thin blade screwdriver behind the clutch shoes and gently pull out the clutch.
