E-Revo Brushless Edition is the pinnacle of monster truck performance. It's built Traxxas-tough and pushes well beyond the boundaries of convention, forging its own path with raw, earth-ripping brushless power. That power is combined with an F1 inspired suspension and rigid monocoque chassis. Firmly planted between wild and refined, here's a look at what is needed to take E-Revo Brushless Edition to the next level of all-out performance.

Suspension
The first area that we're going to look at is the suspension. Out of the box, E-Revo's suspension was designed to outhandle and outperform any challenger. Since we're planning on going big, though, we need to make sure the suspension is ready for the abuse. In no particular order, let's go over the parts we used for beefing up the suspension.
A Sway Bar Kit increases stability, especially while cornering.
Stiffer springs help absorb the shock from hard landings.
Aluminum Push Rods reduce weight while increasing strength.
Progressive-3 Rocker Arms increase the progressive rate of the spring force to tighten up the suspension for improved handling on the racetrack, or wherever E-Revo is running. />
Chassis
Since we beefed up the suspension, it only makes sense to increase the strength of the chassis. To do this we turn to the optional Rear Brace.
Adding the Rear Brace helps to absorb the shock from impact. Now, if you've ever seen an E-Revo Brushless demo in person you know that we don't hold back. The Rear Brace has been tried and tested, and it works. It works incredibly well.
Another benefit of adding the Rear Brace is that it gives you the ability to use the Telemetry Expander.
We also added red-anodized aluminum Bulkhead Tie Bars for a splash of color. Even the little details matter.
Drivetrain
Now that we've got the chassis and suspension dialed in it's time to take a look at the drivetrain.
E-Revo comes with a bulletproof setup straight out of the box. The drivetrain was engineered to tackle the demands of extreme brushless horsepower while ripping up the ground underneath E-Revo. However, a little extra strength and tuning can go a long way. For our purposes, we opened up the front and rear differentials to change the diff fluid. We went with 30,000wt (weight) in the front and 50,000wt in the rear diff to help with stability at speed.
We also opted for Center CV Driveshafts to reduce rotating mass. This helps loose some weight while adding strength to the driveline.
Spur and Pinion Gears
The spur and pinion gear help to tune for speed and torque, getting the power from the motor to the drivetrain, and ultimately to the ground.
For our purposes, we're going for speed. With a monster like E-Revo, speed is pretty much a requirement. We went with a 54-tooth spur gear and a 14-tooth pinion gear. To get the extra punch we wanted and get the party moving, we dropped in a set of Traxxas 3s LiPos.
Tires and Wheels
Tire choice plays a considerable role in traction and handling.
We put a set of Response Pro tires and White Dished wheels on our demo-ready E-Revo. The Response Pro tires offer a softer compound and mini-pin design for improved traction on hard packed surfaces. The White Dished wheels complete the all-out performance look.
Other Details
For the final details, we add a few optional parts to set our E-Revo apart from the crowd.
An Exo-Carbon Wing adds to our performance look.
Then we chose red-anodized aluminum hubs to be different from the stock blue hubs.
Wrapping it Up
E-Revo Brushless Edition is a game-changer straight out of the box-a monster truck that handles well, is incredibly stable, and has an epic amount of power. Genuine Traxxas accessories build up an already proven foundation, unleashing every ounce of performance and style. Now it's your turn to get creative and push the limits.
