Enhanced Handling & Efficiency
The M41 and Spartan both feature stainless-steel trim tabs that allow you to fine tune the hull’s attitude for peak speed and performance. For maximum precision and setting ease, and a bonus dose of anodized style, the optional aluminum trim-tab adjusters are an excellent upgrade. The stainless-steel adjustment screws set trim with fraction-of-a-millimeter precision, and installation requires no drilling—just install the adjusters over the trim tabs using the existing mounting holes in the hull. For sharper, more responsive handling, you can boost rudder-turning torque by 56% by swapping the stock steering servo for the high-torque, metal-gear 2075X model. And to make your Spartan even more efficient and get the most wave time out of every charge, you can install a ball-bearing-equipped drive strut—see them all below.

The Spartan’s stock drive strut supports the prop shaft with bushings. You can improve drivetrain efficiency and reduce wear by swapping it for the optional ball-bearing-equipped strut..
The 2075X servo adds metal-gear strength to the steering system and swings the rudder with an extra 45 ounce-inches of torque—125 oz-in versus the standard 2056 servo’s 80 oz-in.
Traxxas Link Telemetry
How fast is my boat going? How many RPM is the prop turning? What’s my motor’s temperature? You can watch and record all this data in real time when you add Traxxas Link telemetry to your M41 or Spartan. The free Traxxas Link app installs on your iOS or Android device and the 6511 Wireless Module installs in your TQi transmitter to enable Bluetooth communication between your boat and device. Setup is easy, and you can customize your dashboard with digital and analog gauges. Traxxas Link also gives you all the tuning controls of competition radio systems, but with a far superior high-definition interface and interactive controls. Traxxas Link brings a whole new level of excitement to RC boating and wheel time with all your Traxxas models.

In addition to standard telemetry sensors like RPM (which plug directly into the TQi receiver), the Telemetry Expander with GPS module makes it easy to capture accurate speed data. The expander module also features ports for additional temperature sensors. The M41 has integrated mounting bosses ready to accept the Telemetry Expander. For installation in Spartan, use the 6559 mount.

Or go all out for 50+ mph with a pair of 6400 mAh 3s power Cell LiPos and unleash 22.2 volts of water-boiling output.
