    Anti-Squat/Suspension Pin Retainer question

Ok, so Ive broke two Traxxas 5559 suspension pin retainers and I was wondering if anyone makes a aluminum or at least upgraded piece.

Or is there something I can do to strengthen it myself.

    Thanks for any input

I doubt there's an alum upgrade unless you made one yourself.

Thats the plan now, seems like new era has one but should be easy to make myself. Anyone else have problems with this? I broke two within two hours of running, one I slid into a car not going very fast at all and the second I hit a brick at about 30.

Just looks like it would be a classic weak point for the jato

That is one thing that I've never had a problem with. The only reason I have ever changed it was to change the rear toe-in.

Cool, Thats exactly what I was looking for. I ended up making a few with a drill press and 1/4" square aluminum stock, so after I kill those or get tired of 0 degrees anti-squat, Ill look into one of those.

    Thanks a bunch
