I think it's not sitting on the bottom plate because the 44t spur is too wide to fit in between the rails. If I can find a spur that is smaller I will gladly purchase it

It fits the Losi center diff. Don't know how close that is to what you are using.
If it didn't break you can do it again.

Thanks for the link but that one won't work. It needs a gear that works on a Mugen diff like this one:

I modified the front bulkheads and losi case. It fits nice and snug. I'm still waiting for the ring and pinion to come in for the losi diff to install it. I'm glad the rear diff will drop right in with no modifications

I made a lot of progress on the truck tonight. I rit dyed the rockers and jato shock boots, de-anodized the blue parts, re-did the shocks with 45wt on all four and double purple in the rear and double black up front, and got the rear Hot Bodies diff cleaned up and refilled with 3000wt fluid.

    Ready for rit dye

    Hot Bodies rear diff

rit dye came out good. About 2 hours on the burner switching from boiling to simmer sporadically.

Jato shock boots came out nice

I had to modify the axles a bit to fit properly. I will be switching to summit shafts later on

    de anodized and wire wheeled

    P3 rockers installed.

I got the chassis back from my friend. I cleaned it up a but and through the front and rear on. I got some pics of the diffs before putting everything together. The bottom is the Losi diff and the top is the Hot Bodies.
