    Project: no name

Ok guys I've seen only a handful of Telly's going for a more crawler type look. I picked this up the last week, came rtr w 2s lipo and charger and it was completely bone stock

Started to pick up a few things right away

The flat irons w soft foams made a huge difference just by them selves.

Went ahead and got more things to try to turn this Telly to a more "scale" offroad machine. Can't quite call it a crawler because it hasn't been tested aside from in doors, if weather hold out I'll try it this Sunday. Threw some scale things in it and put some ofna diff lock in the rear diff as well as a 27t axial motor to slow it down a bit.
Her she is a it sits,

Let me know what you guys think, I'll post an updated photo as there is more to add on it since I posted this.

Thank you flat irons are the nicest IMO. No I bought it on consignment from a hobby shop it was barely used. They are gmade transition shocks I bought a random assortment of springs and put the ones I liked best in it so we'll see how it works..

Ain't that the truth! There's a few more things I'd like to do to it but I just started an scx10 wrangler kit for the upcoming g6 and gonna focus more on that for now but I'll keep pics coming when I take it out and see how the Telly does

Here's one pic ment to take more but one run my phone had to many pics and wouldn't let me take more and the second time one was all I could take to cold: needless to say I love this thing crawls good for what it is and fun in the snow. Since it seems like we're gonna get snow here in Missouri for a couple more weeks I'll keep it like this until I come up with something else

Yes they are 2.2s it actually has a 27t axial motor in it so it's not fast anymore but it does good, let's just say the first time I drove it stock I flipped like 10 times now it doesn't even try to flip and I've drove it for hours straight

I'm fairly certain they are rpm wide crawler revolvers. They are the only 2.2 rim that will work, that I know of, with everything else completely stock and unmodified. They sport a nearly 100% offset.

To the op, how do you like it with those rims? I have been deciding whether to go with short course rims and trimmed tires, or the 2.2 revolvers. I like the extra sidewall the revolvers would give me, but just am not sure what it would do to my steering. Do you notice the steering being wonky while crawling and doing some precise maneuvers with the wide offset?
