    About 500 cycle life span.
Or if the Internal Resistance measurements are going high. Or if the charging voltage doesn't look normal. Old packs heat up more also.

i also have a battery that i think needs to be decommisioned i went to charge it and measured the internal resistance, cell 1 and 3 were both under 10 ohms but cell 2 showed-- no reading. so it is open and probably not a safe thing to have sitting around in the house anymore is it?

the only thing im worried about is the safety of it, i dont really wanna open the pack and attempt to re solder wires, and i think the disconnected cell will become unstable as its charge deteriorates and im not feeling up to a suprise house fire
