That is a subjective question....
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.
That's like saying how to make a women look better with no money, Answer: women and RC cars are the same the more you try the more money they take.
same apply's to women R.C. enthusiast about men the more you want from us the more we cost.
This question is too open-ended to offer a guaranteed-effective answer.
I put a dewalt motor in that made me money, but this was more of a gamble than anything else, if it went wrong i would of been £20 or £30 out of pocket. If i didn't have the tools also then i would be down.

Throw it in the mud!
I was just looking for suggestions such as painting the letters on the tires white...stuff like that.
But paint would cost money. Do you already have some?
I think we need to identify the problem before we come up with a solution...

I took a black marker to the traxxas on the bottom of the chassis and white to the traxxas on the receiver box and outlining the letters on the tires.
This is the kind of thing i was looking for...but nobody seems to like this topic so i dont need any more answers thank you.
Underside painted with permanent marker. Did it multiple times so it filled in nicely
While paint pen on the tires. Held IP nicely after a few runs but nothing a quick touch up here and there can't handle.
Cost about $5 but I had these items laying around and got bored one day lol.

Dye any of your grey plastic parts black, i don't have much plastic left but things like the center transmission cover look a lot better in black.
