It is thought that the new 8th is a MMP, just waterproof.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.

Ahah. I didn't know about the 8. Yeah, I do wish my mmp was waterproof. That esc is very versatile.

There is a new ESC that came out recently... Castles Sidewinder 8th. You may want to look into that for 4S running. From the specs it sounds like a very good match to what you are wanting.

Turning on/off LVC is in here:

That may be why... the link goes direct to a 16th manual PDF.

I am not sure how much of an improvement a CF chassis will be... especially since the stock chassis is plenty strong enough, the only CF chassis I know of is from a company with questionable quality (Integy), I doubt the CF chassis is any lighter, and every post where I've seen the CF chassis used they have to modify it to get stock sized packs to fit.

However, all 16ths Chassis' are the same... as a matter of fact, 95% of all 16th parts are the same.

yea the fiesta is more compatible with the slash more then anything! I had downloaded a chart about what 16th fit other 16th like a glove...
but i just might get that castle 8th esc. it's pretty strong and its right up my alley.. but im going to stick with the velineon motors. they get the job done as well plus much cheaper. (well at least everywhere I look)

The V380 is one tough cookie to beat... especially for the price point!

and on top of that you can make that little motor push out so much power is unbelievable..everybody keep talking about these Castle Creations system setup about to dig deep in they wallets. but if you sit there and take your time and do some research you can find exactly what you need.

Did you check the temps for the esc?

My car is running fine. I'm just doing minor upgrades.. last night I clocked my Fiesta at 62 mph. handling was stupid. but the street I was driving on was absolutely wide enough. but speaking of last night somebody in a Dodge Charger ran my fiesta over... almost broke my ESC.. broke my back body mounts. broke the driver rear wheel off and that's it.... I'm glad I have RPM axel carriers.. and I'm glad I have extra car parts lol
