    Does great!
It comes lowered from the factory, but I've lowered it and additional 1.75" on all 4 corners.
Lowered front springs and custom rear composite mono leafs. Both with higher PPI rating then stock.
    Fun little 6-Speed truck!

One more question, will it spin the rear tires easily?

I'm not FI, but since it is light in the back when not loaded.
If not careful and you don't have a traction bar, you could have wheel hop (axle wrap).
The older X-Runners like mine have real LSDs in them... not the "simulated" LSD brake controlled rear.

I thought it might be lower then I thought. Haha. Yeah 40 side wall is about as small as I'd go. 40 is too bad to mount either. I had to mount a 295/20 the other day on some guys car. Talk about a pain in the butt.

Love the subi! I'd need my car to be higher than your guys though, too many steep driveways in california.

99% of the cars in this thread wouldn't be able to make it out of my garage in the winter let alone get to the road. That's why I drive a pickup!

Speaking of modified stuff, have done a light mood to my rig and have more planned. It is a 1986.5 Nissan Hardbody 4x4 with a TBI 3.0l V6. Not a powerhouse but she will pull. The plan is not a whole lot of HP but plenty of torque. Goal is 200-250 wheel horse. Only need 55HP from stock to get there. That is a large order for this engine NA. The NA recorded is 300hp and boosted is easy above 700. Boosted it is cake. With that kind of power it will be a little rocket.

    Done:
Long tube headers. Pain to install but so worth it. Lots more power overall and much smoother power band. She does wheel chirps into 2nd and 3rd and has spun them with a trailer in 2nd while crossing the highway.
    H4 conversion
    Blinker mod
    Manual hubs

    To do:
Electric fan conversion including stock looking status light and override button
    Full LED lights out side
31" tires or 32s on aluminum wheels
Boost. Looking at superchargers. Planning for no more than 5-7PSI
Possible cam but only if I have to open it up.
Intake. No custom intakes were ever made for this engine so I designed one. Just have to make it.

Lol. All of the drive ways and store entrances in Utah are bad too. And there's hills every where so it is actually pretty bad to drive the cars I post. But they do it. I have pushed a lot of cars. That's for sure.

Your truck sounds sweet man. I like those old hard bodies. I've seen some make some real power too. I would like some pictures too.

Oh and I'm gonna have to get a picture of my friends lifted silvarado. It's a gasser 6.2L with a supercharger. It's about 700 wheel horse power. It puts you in your seat.

Here she is. That paint was only done from 86.5-87 or early months of 88. I know of 3 in the us, pathfinders and hardbody, with Tha same paint. She has a HG41 rear end. I challenge you to find info on that. Most nissan HB people still don't believe me when I show them the engine bay tag and show the highway RPMs. To my knowledge the only common single cab 4x4 v6 early hardbody was the desert runner and those are rare. Mine is not a desert runner.

    I love this little truck.

She gets worked. That is 3000 pounds of hay. Plus trailer and occupants.

Everything in the engine bay is black, silver or blue so the headers became blue.

Some what practical. Haha. He has had some problems with the rear fenders hitting the lip of the wheels when going into driveways but other then that its actually pretty awesome.

It'll either clear itself or they should put on slightly skinnier wheels. I don't know why they stretched narrower rubber on though, I'd get the widest rubber I could on the wheels.

They stretch the tyres for the look. All part of the JDM scene at the moment..

It's only partly the look. The main reason he has them stretched like that is so the tire clears the fender on up travel. If he had as wide of a tire as he could kn that tire when the tire traveled up it would smash the fender. With the stretch it allows the tire to just slip in under the fender when traveling.

Stretched tires are also quite dangerous.

I'm more of a fan of a lift and some larger tires.

Well that's a bummer. The 22B is a truly amazing car. I would take one of those over a 2013 STI.

Those stretched sidewalls give me the willies, don't care if it's to clear the fenders, just run a narrower rim, maybe with a shallower offset, and maybe minitub the car for extra clearance. Then again, I kinda like the fat tire on a slightly narrower rim.

Can someone tell me why the r34 is illegal in the US? Never heard of a car being banned.
