    Fiero

    Hello all,
So I bought a Traxxas Fiero for $12 at my LHS, it needs servos and a radio and I think I will have it up and running. I think I am going to try and use the stock ESC.

Right know the only issue I am having is how to set up the steering servo. I think the servo saver is missing parts. Anyone have advice on an alternative way to set it up?

The servo saver (part #1438) has 3 parts, like this:

Google the part number, you might find it in stock...

    Awesome thank you!

Tomorrow I am going to try to reassemble the mechanical speed control. I haven't had 1 before

These actually appear to be pretty decent on road cars. Have been googling them...

    Dang...why can't I find a deal like that?
I've been looking for that exact machine...in about that same condition...for months.

I am not sure what I will do with it once it runs. But for now it is a fun project. Only part that I haven't found a replacement that is broken, is the motor mount in the back. It was cracked so I super glued it back together and it looks good. Just waiting on a servo saver that I found and should have it up and running.

    Keep me in mind.
Do you hav a pic of it with the body on it?

And...if it's not asking too much...could you snap a pic of it sitting in front of your Slash for a size comparison?
I've never actually seen one in person...and heard that they were really small for what is supposed to be a 1:12 car.

Thanks...I figured it was pretty tiny.
I think it actually has a shorter wheelbase than the Traxxas 1/16 cars.

BTW...there is a body listed on ebay too.

Yeah I saw just haven't decided how much I want to put into it. I don't want to dump a ton into it if it is only worth a little
