I'm about to order a few sets of wheels (for my MERV to Boss conversion)... I was looking everywhere to find the stock wheel offset and maybe a bit of explanation about offsets.
I assume offset means a bit extra width of the car base and I guess too big of an offset will hit the car's body. But what offset should I aim for (3/6/9mm)? and should I put different offsets on front and rear wheels?
I cannot answer your offset question, but here is what I ran on my Mustang when I had it:
You can run two different widths... I could have gone with the 26mm fronts and the 31mm rears but wide all around looked killer too.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.
Dude, you are even better the Google!
