Awesome!...... Looks great, Is the lexan thicker or thinner than the stock xo-1 body? And how well do the lights work?

The angle of the rear wing gets me... It looks tilted too far back in your picture and in all the product pictures I've seen of it. Is it adjustable at all?

Looks great. I'm curious how rigid that body is. If you push on the center of the windshield, does it flex as much as the stock one?

I'm curious if this is a thin flexible lexan. I really like the 2 bodies Killer Body RC offers, never owned one reason i'm asking.

They also offer a light kit.

Killer Body RC #48198 for the Vette

This would top the body off so much. Shoot spend that much on the body, mind as well make it look sweeter. LOL

hard to tell but are there actually places for the light kit to plug in on this body or are those lights just stickers?

Another reason this body has me very interested. I guess I'll have to take a plunge in the future for one of these. If it isnt as flexible as I like i'll make it a shelf queen body or one to show off with. LOL

I haven't heard anything about the body structure. I'm curious to know how think the body is myself.

I think this body will be significantly more aerodynamic than the stock XO-1. The front of the XO actually provides lift when it's stock. Also the windshield collapses at about 120 mph which exacerbates this problem.

dunno if its just me or not but seems kinda silly to be a company selling RC bodies yet no one can find where to buy them.

I've only seen them sold on eBay so far. Not really a bad price for a clean looking body.

not saying $100 isnt a bad price but then $35 shipping on top of that. i was just saying its odd that they have such nice and high quality bodies yet you can barely find them anywhere

Perhaps, perhaps not. It depends on one's requirements. Do you realize that a clear 1:5 scale body goes for $170?

How do you know it will be more aerodynamic just by looking at it?....and shoe goo/fiberglass tape will fix the collapsing windshield

The lexan used on the corvette isn't as thick as the xo1 stock body . Also when purchasing bodies that arnt mass produced and come with decals and light buckets and officially licensed(not that this corvette is) cost more the bigger they are . I sold a 1/8 ferrari body couple months back that was discontinued since 07 for $265 on ebay and retail was $63 back when u could actually buy them in stores or online

That's not good that body isn't thicker than the stocker. It's fairly expensive to be thinner.

My guess is that they are manufactured in S Korea and a few were to be had there before they went into containers to be shipped here to be distributed in the US. I'm guessing they should start showing up around here before too long. Some containers sit in customs here at the Port of Los Angeles for quite some time if it's not from a well known shipper.

This Is simply my best guess.
    Sure it'll work, watch this

The XO-1's body design creates unnecessary lift especially in the front of the car. The corvette does not appear to have the design issues that cause this. And if I shoe goo my windshield it will be kind of hard to see out of.

I seen this body before I bought my xo-1. Heck it kinda sold me on going ahead and buying the car lol. I want it so that it will look neat by the custom boat I built and painted.
