    Wire strippers

    Hey guys, if i had one set of wire strippers in my kit, are the basic klien and such ok like the ones that cut near the hinge and have 5 or 6 holes for multiple sizes?

    What guages will i be using most?

    I ask now because im headed back to home depot.

    Tool aid makes a great self adjusting wire stripper. Part number 19000. Not 100% sure who really makes them. I've seen relabeled ones from big tool guys, snap on, cornwell and others. Works great and last forever.

    Klein 11063W does 8-22 AWG.

    Ya im in the same boat.. Got mine over 20 years ago still work like the day they were new
