    My new stand!

The stand the Spartan came with was useless, so today I built a new stand out of PVC.

I like the mini garages for the Rc cars n trucks. Cannot wait to get a place of my own to make a killer work shop.

Not to bring up an old thread but does anyone use the kintec racing carbon fiber stand? There is one for sale at my LHS and I want it! It looks easy for carrying...

Thanks Orca44! I just for about $30 I highly recommend it! PVC is probably cheaper but this works for people without very many tools and the lack of wanting to go to Home Depot... No comment on my Formula in the background?!? JK!

Yes it is powerdemon , not to sound unsmart but it took me a few tries to figure it out... Turns out I had it right all 7 times... It is way better than that stock stand, Traxxas should have included this exact stand with the Spartan.

I agree. It also took me almost 5 tries to get together.

The PVC stand doesn't need a special tools, only a small saw, PVC pipe, elbow and t-joint then let your brain work out, until you built a stand.

I'm 6'5" tall, and needed a taller stand for out at the pond. Not only did I need it taller, but sense the land slopes that steep at the pond, I made it with adjustable legs. [/URL]

What kind of paint did you use and what diameter pvc pipe did you use for your stand?
