Ok I have been building this thing over the last year or so. You know how it is, you order a part here and there and slowly put it together as you find time.
Now I have gotten to that point to where I dont know if I go futher with the build, I would want to get front and rear HR aluminum bulks, red aluminum battery doors, some HR shock mounts, better shocks like some traxxas big bores, A good servo ( dunno wether to go with one or duals) Then add a 1/10 Brushless System to it and get another Spektrum RX to bind to my TX I already am using.
Or do I throw one of the 3 bodies I have for it on it, rotate between them every once and a while and it be a shelf queen or do I sell it? I dunno and wanted a few opinions. What would you do?
This is what I have in it now. It was a ground up new build. It all started when I ordered a new chassis for my other Merv to dye black and it went from there. The other Merv still has a grey chassis to this day...lol
Everything is brand new never run except for the tires and wheels. Even the stock parts are brand new. So what would you do with this thing??

I wouldn't sell it right away...it looks really nice! I also don't like the idea of a shelf queen...why would you have an RC that you don't use? Unless it means something to you like you've had it for a long time or something
You ain't bashin unless your crashin!!
stainless steel screw set
ALU parts from the rest that is still stock
... and leave it as a shelf queen!
I don't think you could sell it for the money invested or even get close to that level. If you are bored owith it, then I think part-by-part selling will yield more then single sale of whole truck.
I found a set of EXOTEK shocks that look nice but have not heard much about them. Any thoughts on those?
Finish it and run the snot out of it. Thats my. 02
It looks like a road demon to me (too nice to take offroad ). I'd want to finish it with a big motor and ESC to go really really fast! I'd also take it off your hands!! but I bet plenty of us would....
1/16 EREVO, 1/10 SUMMIT
Exotecs are not made anymore as far as I know... also, Traxxas does not make big bore shocks for this platform.
This is what I did for big bores on mine:
But still probably will not work with a big block due to clearance.
The other shock option is HR shock bodies with Traxxas internals... at least then you will have a screw on bottom cap instead of snap on.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.
Think i have decided to sell this. Look for it coming soon to the market place
