yes but i am just curious if this setup will put too much strain on the transmission or on the motor as far as over heating and stuff goes....whats the best way to tell if its a safe or not safe operating speed/temp.??
I think with that pinion may be to much stress and my cause heat issues, I'm running a 20/54 gear setup with 4s and the temps are normal and that's running on grass, dirt, asphalt
I run 20/54 on 6s...my temps get between 60 - 66*C with hard running.

looks a little over geared.. unless you are just looking for some speed runs should be ok, but not for a off road bash'n gearing.
18/54 to 21/54 is a good start point...... I like 21/54 but it fits my driving style......
