    Registration failed - please help.

    Hi

Got my XO-1 today, from Ebay.de to me in Denmark.

    Wanna unlock it, but can't!

Try to write my data: Name, adress, email and so on - but when I try to submit, it saids that "Registration Failed" and that I schould check my text fields again.....but they are correct.

    What can I do?

    Please help me.

    Regards

    Kim

Make sure you have an active internet connection. The App needs to send/receive across the internet to perform the unlock. I had an issue where my Wi-Fi was set up to connect to my iPod but would not allow internet access. I had to disable a security block on my router and it worked great. So long as you can access websites on the iDevice you should be good to go.

Try to follow the instructions 100% accurately! Read/ do it slowly.

You have to be online the whole time and you have to connect the bat to the car and turn it on at some point- you will hear some tone/ noise from the ESC.

There is also a video on utube.

I had to be right next to my router when I unlocked the original ESC in mine. If I got over about 10 feet away, the ipod just didn't wanna complete the unlocking.
