I need some advice on what setting I should run on the MMP with the stock VXL motor?
Thanks in advance.
can the MMP run a 2 pole? i guess it can but there might be some weird take off or cogging, i dont know.....i'm just guessing
humay has left the building, peace.
Use default settings to start. Change the lvc from 3.2v to 3.5v for lipo batteries. The mmp will run a 2 pole vxl motor just fine.
Get a castle link so you can fine tune the brakes and many other options.
Ya can't polish fertilizer...
+1 to rag
I've been running an Sv2 paired with the 3500kv VXL for a little while now. The MMP is just a better overall controller with a higher battery limit. Which you wont need with this motor. Just remember the VXL has 3.5mm bullets and the MMP has 4.0mm bullets.
I have a field programmer/link. And rag that is exactly what I was looking for. I knew it could run the VXL, I was just needing the settings I should run. It was used, so what are the "stock" settings I should put it back to? (If its changed up)
I really like how the SV2 is performing in the 1/16 and I just traded my spare 2650 for a MMP.
And Digger, thanks on the info, luckily I was prepared and I have the Great Planes adapters =)
Alright, these are my settings:
Auto Lipo Vols/Cell: 3.5v/cell
80% Brake (was at 50% I put it up a bit since the vxl-3s gives 100% but i didnt wanna go all the way.
Drag Brake disabled
Full Reverse: 1.048ms
Full Forward: 1.910ms are these good bad? or is that jus how long it took to hit those during programming?
