    Dual VXL motors?

Im thinking about getting an E-Revo and putting 2 Vxl motors kinda like the E-Maxx brushed edition? Is this possible?

For what you will spend on 2 vxl setup's you could get a MMM/2200 combo, the new MMM's are waterproof too.

I've run several twin velineon setups. the biggest thing you need is a 2 sided parallel connector to make the escs drain the batteries evenly. the motors run the same temps, but it's not a very effecient setup.
you're also gonna need a y harness to link the 2 escs. do not remove either bec wires. you also have to re-calibrate the 2 escs when you have it all wired again.

Run dual castle 3800 1410's on wp SW3's instead of those two pole 3500's.

If your trying to make it waterproof with the vxl motors then just go with the MMM2. It's fully waterproof and will be much cheaper as you can keep the stock motor. Twin VXL will also be heavier, and make things more complicated.
