Proline Trencher X on Desperado 1/2" offset

    Hey guys,

just got Trenchers for my Stampede 4x4 and like them a lot.

Now i also want some for my Summit. I like to bash a little and the stockers a litte bit too sensitive. Rubber is too thin and i had a couple of holes and cracks in the rubber.

Are the "Proline Trencher X on Desperado 1/2" offset" the ones to get?

    THX!

I have those for my MT4... they work on the Summit, but are quite a bit wider than stock. If I were to buy ones just for the Summit I would go with the taller/narrower ones.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.

Why go with the taller/narrower ones?

I will mostly do some bashing with those tires, so i think it is an advantage to have slighty smaller and wides ones for little bit more stabiltiy.

For slow speed trailing i am fine with the stockers just need something for smaller jumps and high gear running.

    I guess it's an opinion.

True, wider tires can help with stability. Here's some pictures for reference. And don't worry, the Trenchers are great! I love mine so much!

Check out the Big Joe II, they look more aggressive with it's rugged, organic blocks. I have the Xs, they are great for bashing (all PLs take abuse well) the Xs have a more technical pattern. The Mashers are also good and they look Monster Truck.

    Thanks Wolfslash for the Pics.

The Big Joe are a little too small and wide for my taste
