    ESC Mamba Monster HELP!!!!

So I ordered a XO-1 motor and ESC, with a new TQi radio and receiver paired together, Steering works fine, but no throttle response at all. I turn on the ESC and it beeps for times indicating 4s lipos and then just beepsm and beeps and beeps, all lights are on. I have the link to the PC and what Castle said did not work? HELP!!!

I think I had the same problem. You need to calibrate your endpoint. Have receiver and controller off. Hold throttle all the way as you turn on the transmitter then the receiver. Then you should hear like for consecutive beeps then hold reverse until you hear the beeps. And then you leave it in neutral toll you hear the beeps.

Won't even to that!!! When I bought the ESC it was new, but they said it was RPM locked, what ever that means.

Yup, you need to recalibrate the Esc with your radio.

bind the radio and ESC, then set the end points. Being it's the XO1 ESC doesn't it need to be unlocked, or that is just to get the top end. I haven't check to much into the MMM OX1 ESC.

Can't get it to bind, have tried probably 100 times. Is there a special way to do this? Hold full throttle and turn on radio, then ESC, wait for 4 beeps and switch directions. Right?

    Speed Control Programming Instructions

The Castle Creations Mamba Max speed control should not need
reprogramming with normal use. However, if you install a different
radio system in your model, or change the transmitter’s throttle-neutral
setting from 50/50 to 70/30, you will need to reprogram the speed
control. Follow these instructions to reprogram the speed control:
    1. Install the batteries of your choice in the battery compartments and
plug the batteries into the speed control.
    2. Switch on your transmitter.
    3. Hold full throttle while you switch on the Mamba Monster controller.
After a few seconds, you will hear multiple tones and the
    RED LED will light.
    4. Hold full brake. After a few seconds, you will hear multiple tones
and the YELLOW LED will light.
    5. Release the trigger to the neutral position. After a few seconds,
you will hear multiple tones and ALL THE LEDs will light.

Got it!!! Had to borrow an i-pod from a buddy, and it exited the programming mode and now it works, but the receiver keeps freaking out at full throttle? starts blinking red and green and car only limps around.

that is the top end. the XO1 is limited to 50 mph unless you unlock it then it will run up to around 100 mph..

IF you read the manual, in it, it says that you have to pick the correct mode first. Its a long description that im not going into here but from memory its page 8
