I want to get a kit to repair my Summit.
So far i have broken the front bumper (RPM bumper ring installed, Suspension Arms and Axle Carrriers.
What else should i get to my repair kit.
I have no local hobby store, but my web shop ships it as letter, and it ships pretty fast (usually 1 day), but it would be nice to have some parts that is easy to break.
My Summit is stock, just added lipos for better runtime.
Only thing I bought was a spare motor. When I get time gonna order the rpm bumper mount. That's the only thing I think ill need
It would help to know how you are using the Summit. You broke an axle carrier on it? I've only broken one of them on my ERBE in over 3 years. We must be driving our vehicles differently.
If you're gonna be stupid, you'd better be tough.
Are you driving in cold weather? That might have an inpact on the plastic. A bit more crisp.

i havent broken anything as yet, only a motor
Slugs are just naturally aspirated snails
I broken the Motor ....I put a Dewalt 14.2v
I am usually over prepared...
multiple long axles
multiple short axles
full set of arms minus one corner
ring and pinion
2 sets of internal diff gears
2 diff cups
double yellow springs
center drive shafts
Please take note that some of these are take-offs from upgrading.
And I have two DeWALTS and 4 brushes coming.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.
This was last week. all in about one hour.
Summit number one
Summit number two

HO What Happen.......
The other thing I learned is that a summit isn't made for racing on a track. I finally got all my parts today and ended up rebuilding my entire summit. Trany, diffs, shocks, all new bearing filler with marine grease, Dbl orange springs, and a couple Servos and I just finished. Only took 7 hours. But it was all worth it for a bit of fun.

My little problem for me is with a motor dewalt 14.4 volts It takes a lot of battery discharge very quickly,so I like to know what kind of lipo batterie i shoud have I have ********** 5300mah 30-60c discharge
I recommend having a pair of servos - steering 2075 and micro 2065 and replacement gears 2072 ready to install. If they go out they'll do it without warning.
I havent had my summit very long, just got it at Christmas. So far I had to replace the stearing servos and I bent front push rods.
Ive broke Countless stock servos, upgraded to hitec.
4 motors, one esc, upgraded to hpi brushless.
At least 10 diff gears, at least 10 axels, 3 A arms, one body post, 2 bumper mounts, 2 micro servos, one axel carrier, 3 center steering arms,
Wore through one set of battery doors, 2 center axels, and im sure theres more. Ive had my truck since 2010 and we run a few times a week nearly every week. Im not incredibly hard on my truck but it gets used a lot and some pretty extreme terrain and weather.
Things to have at the ready is servo and diff rebuild kits as well as axels. I carry a lot of stuff when out on the trail, i could build a second truck with my spare..
