I broke one of my a-arms tonight, in two places. I broke it once between the two joints connected to the car itself, and mid-way between the car and tire. I was able the take off the front bumper and blue plate, and then one of the pieces, but didn't get far because I wasn't able to get the pin out. If someone link me to a video or something, that would be great. Thanks bye.
Have you checked out the exploded views?
Remove front bumper
Remove front body mount
Remove front tie bar
Unthread pillow ball
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.
If youve hit the front hard enough to break the arm like that, theres a good chance the pin has been slightly tweaked and will need to be pulled pretty hard to get it out. Use a pair of vice grips on the end and twist as you pull. If you can't even get it out far enough to get the vice grips on it, you can try using a pair of wire cutters to pry it out far enough to get the vice grips on. Either way, that pin HAS to come out. Its how the arm is held on. The other end is easy. Its just a threaded hex.
Well, it broke but I was able to get the pin out with some pliers
Also, I couldn't find the exploded view in the manual.

The exploded view is only under the downloads tab on the mini summit product page. Its not in the manual. You can save the PDF file to your computer for easier reference in the future. Its an invaluable tool to have. Even for those of us who could re-build a traxxas mini blindfolded in our sleep, they still come in handy all the time.
This is my first car so I'm not really sure how to do this. I got the car side of the arm out, but how do you remove the tire side?

Well, I didn't really want to remove the threads on the ball if that's what you mean, but I was able to remove it with the hex driver.
I watch ultimate rc a lot... I read the manual... I have too much free time.

The first repair is always a bit unnerving. Finding out for the first time whats required for different problems can be either surprising or frustrating. Just be glad your first job wasent fixing a stripped diff. The whole front of the car has to come apart. Your learning how disassemble and re-assemble the truck bit by bit.
The funny thing is that is isn't even the first breakage. I managed to break a turn buckle too. I installed it and started driving my car around in thick, wet grass because all the snow is gone (anyways...) I heard a clicking when drive in the grass, just not the pavement, and my steering was more in one direction than another, but I just said whatever and would adjust endpoints later, it hit the garages door by accident at fairly low speeds, and when I went the lift it up the wheel flopped over. Here's a picture (sorta): it was taken up side down.
