Has anyone found any specs on the titan 775?
KershawDesigns.com shows the motor comparison table, that the 775 will have 29 mm spacing with a 5 mm shaft with 4 mm mounting bolts. Other than those few details, it sounds like a Mabuchi 775 motor with a Titan metal label.
If the titan 775 has zero timing (like the Mabuchi), it could be used as a replacement motor for the titan 550 on the brushed e-revo. The stock front motor mount plate would need a wider holes for the 29 mm mountning bolts and slide groove. The stock rear motor mount plate on the e-revo already has 29 mm spacing for M4 bolts, so the titan 775 should fit without modification, which makes sense because Traxxas would want to keep the same part for both e-revo's and the summit. If timing is other than zero, then the titan 775 wouldn't work by just reversing the motors.
For those of us who have damaged titan 550's (my son damaged seven), the titan 775 might be a nice upgrade.
