From what I understand, loose rear diff housing in the bulkhead is normal and I only noticed after rebuilding the rear end. I assume until now my case was tight because of the trapped dirt and rocks
Can you guys confirm there's nothing to worry about and that in time it'll sit still because of trapped debris... or do I need to add take it all apart again and add some foam etc...

Yes, it is normal for it to move around in there some. I don't necessarily like it, but it wont really hurt anything.

I stuck a bit of foam in there to reduce it a bit,last time it was apart.a member here used hot glue interested to know how that's doing.

Ok I feel better thanks everyone.
I also put a couple of dobs of hot glue in the bulkheads before I reassembled. Quickly of course so it was still soft. I didn't fill the bulkhead after assembly as in the thread referred to above.

I did that. Works great, and it comes out very easy when you need it to. I used my Summit for 8 runs since I put the hot glue in, and it's holding up well! I'll see if a can get a picture of it...member here used hot glue interested to know how that's doing.
