    Mamba monster questions

    Hi guys
    Well I have a EMBE and when I punch the throttle sometimes it will think about it then like shake them it will take off is this normal?? Will it be different with lipos?? Also it will shut off by its self sometimes but I think that's the on off switch correct me if I'm wrong

    castle doesn't really recommend nimh i would go lipo! probably doesn't have enough punch
    some have had problems with the switch and take the switch off and solder the two wires up

    Thanks man well I think I'm going to order some li-pos I've been fairly lazy so I haven't done it lol

    Lipos and maybe get rid of the switch it may cause problems down the road. It does void warranty I hear from castle bit if you have the traxxas combo it might not sure how they work on that part.

    Yes lipos will definently help I had the same problem with stock Nimh batteries it stutters then takes off got lipos and it hasn't happend since

    I ran my nimh once and don't plan on using them again if I can help it
    At first I would bring them in case I hit lvc (long walk to the car)but then I had to turn off lvd and it was a pain

    Well I don't plan to run the truck any more on Nimh

    I've never ran mine atleast not on the ground lol with nimh i set it up a on table wheels off not touching and it was junk let me tell you didnt like the cogging that was before i soldered trx connectors to my lipos.

    I flogged mine for $30...ran the NiMH once in my truck and have been running 2/3s ever since.

    nimh are worth money due to people not wanting to go lipo yet or their parents wont let them or for other reasons. i like the lipos i new from the board here that they are worth it.
