2 months only to destroy the servo 2080...

    Well, well, well...

The servo didn't stay alive so long... only 2 months, few rides (like 10) and my stock 2080 servo died, all the plastic theeths has been destroyed...

I'm lucky, I ordered an 390 few weeks before. Hope this one will last longer, well longer

I hope so. I waterproof them... blob of synthetic grease inside and silicone on the seams. I reserve my TQI and seems to work like a charm now. The only thing is when the car is on standby, the servo or receiver make a noise, but sometime it stop. Is this normal?

    Thanks

I have been running the 390 servo for a couple weeks, mine makes a little noise for a few seconds once I power up my merv. I think it's centering it self? I'm not really sure of this but my servo seams to work fine.

Your servo last long time!! My 2080 stopped working after a week of use, bought another and last a week also. Bought a hitec hs 85mg+ and no problem, 3 months and works fine

In my case, the noise remains mostly all the time. So I don't really know if this is normal or no. Everything is plugged correctly.

Ok. So if the sound is normal, I'm fine with it... I'm just wondering if this was normal or no.

    Thanks
