Thx, Surprisingly easy to do. Took about an hour to measure and fit the first one and about 15 mins for each of the other three.

You can have Mine. 8" fell overnight. I Hate Snow!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice Chains. I perfer not to run in snows. Truck hardware gets all rusty. But if it does works? How tight to the tires did you make the chains? What happens when the tires balloon?

They are tight enough not to slip but not tight enough that they are deforming the tire. I dont know what would happen if the tire balloons, Im running the stock NiMH battery.

When the tire balloons the tire chains balloons tooo.... and ballooning of chains give it extra traction.

Very nice work sir! I made a set also. They are pretty impressive in the snow and on the ice.

Great set! I made my self one to! I went to home depot near closing the cashier was mad lol last customer so she gave me 20ft of chain for .55 cents loL! cant complain now haha. other as ramflames said the hardware such and screws and they get rusty! I love bashing mine in the snow with chains so much traction but then the effort after to clean is not for the lazy lol. All my screws have rusted alot of people have told me get like those mini air compressor cans blow away the snow then put wd40 with silicone on the screws prevent any further rust!

Everyone needs a air compressor:-) so handy. If anyone making chains is concerned about the weight they add try replacing the outside and inside circumference chains with 18 gauge wire. Sometimes every ounce counts.
