tqi loosing signal, reciever blinking red

checked the antenna wire and the connection, all the wires to.
i drove around the apartment for about 10 minutes and it didnt do it. it didnt loose the connection and start blinkin red. only seems to do it when farther away from the remote..
it doesnt do get glitchy at short range
    unplugged servo still does it.

it will only bind to a 5 channel Traxxas Rx.

    1) Make sure all batteries are in good working order
    2) Put a battery in your RC
    3) Open up the Rx box. (Rx = receiver)
    4) Press and hold "SET" on the Tx. (Tx = controller = transmitter)
    5) Turn the Tx on.
    6) Confirm the red blinking LED on the Tx,
    7) Press and hold the LINK button on the Rx in the RC you want to control.
    8) Turn on the RC
    9) Confirm that everything is bound together via green LED shown on both the Rx and Tx.
    That helped.
And there he goes with the carbon...

I think its losing its bind.

I have that issue when I use My TQi transmitter with my TQ link receiver....loses bind for about 5 seconds then re-binds. All day long

im not sure where to go from here to figure it out. iv tried everything i can research. this car is really wanting to fight me. im pretty sure im goin to have to replace the servo, ive been having problems with it not centering. now i noticed it turns farther right then left. and its possible that could throw it into failsafe mode. or even worse the esc could do that as well.
