Consider 2 separate chargers vs one dual charger.

    The Powerlab PL8 or PL6.

With a parallel board, you can charge as many batteries as you like.

    Best charger on the market.

^ I have the 6 & have yet to use it, idk why, I just keep using my Icharger 208B & two PSU in series.

charge two 9000 @ 18 amps in parallel... takes about 30 to 40min depending on starting volts..

IMO there is no best charger, that is subjective, there are plenty of good chargers out there you should do your own research and choose what will best fit your situation. Any charger capable of 4s or 6s can charge two packs (2s or 3s), just a matter of making up a balance board or buying one to charge the packs in series.

if i did buy the traxxas dual charger, would it charge both my lipos in the same time it should take to charge one? or would i need a 10amp charger for that?

i think i'm going to end up buying another fusion elysium lx60b, as the powerlab would cost me £225 in england without the psu, it would be slightly cheaper if i imported myself but then i get import taxed. the icharger would cost me about £65 cheapest i can find it, then i would need to buy and build the psu still. so easiest option seems to be to have two elysiums. i can get them for £50 over here.

I am going through this same dilemma, although in my case I lucked out and found a thunder power 80 watt charger at my lhs for $30. Couldn't pass that up, so I have that and just ordered a single voltage power supply, supposed to be for LEDs for $33 on ebay, 12v 29 amps. I will see how that goes.
