    Question Spring Rate help

I am new to Traxxas, and I was looking for better springs for my Slash 4x4, and there was a lot of things like -20% and 20% rate. What does this mean, and which springs should I get for just riding around in the park with a peice of wood on the curb for jumps? Other tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

you have 2 options stiffer springs or you can buy piggy back shocks which work great

Do you have the ultimate with the aluminium big bore shock's or the grey ultra shock's? Why do you think you need better spring's? If the ride height is to low just use the spacer's. If it is not absorbing the landing's from jumping change the shock oil to 50wt. oil in the rear and 55 in the front.
