    Measure your Esc popular aftermarket fans are 25x25mm and 30x30mm.this was with an aftermarket Esc and the small fan is 25 big one is 30mm

    the solution isnt a fan, but proper setup....... gear lower to reduce temps

    well im racing my merv on a track thats very twisty and only one decent straight. I hit top speed right at the end of the straightaway. The track is very wide though. If any thing ill bump it up to 18/50

    Sounds like you are over reving the motor I would gear up.
    with the fan setup that I used to run I ran tall 25/45 gearing with a 6000 kv motor because I liked the top end and it needed extra cooling
    then I tried a single fan angled

    wow! huge improvement! just threw down a hard bash session on a 2s and my esc was WARMER not hotter, then my motor! my motor was barely warm! I think i will gear up though 19 tooth?

    well threw down another bash session, it was about 80 degrees f. out today. bumped it back up to stock gearing on 2s. It's a dream. Electronics were cool and i was enjoying my rc and not worrying about it overheating!
