on my merv which is pretty much stock except for suspension. every time i run it either out in my yard or on the street the tires keep coming off the wheels. gettin a lil tired of reglueing them everytime, any ideas?
Did you clean it up and what glue are you using
I have used krazy glue advanced and it holds up great
yes ive cleaned them up, even took my dremel tool with a small sanding cone to buff it up a lil. i am using insta-cure+ (purple bottle) its what the local hobby shop recomended
That should be good.It wouldn't be your front tires from ballooning with a center diff?
This is what I used last:
But with any glue it is all about preparation.
Cleaning it really well then wiping it down with alcohol to eliminate any oil or grease.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.
no, actually its the rear tires
maybe try some different glue
I had to try 2 or 3 different glues from the hobby shop before I found one that could handle the sheer 3s force. I ended up with quick bond type two, thick glue.
i use AKA works good but seems like it doesnt last too long, come off after about 10runs on 2s lipo. at 10 a bottle thats too much think i'll try what Jimmie is using and see how it goes.
anyone know if denatured alcohol is safe on the stock rims? like if i were to dip the front side in to soak for 30-45secs first? thanks

Probably wont hurt. Believe it or not that krazy glue has held up with 3 cell on a 6000 kv motor over 60 no problems at all
