Looking at Stampede VXL for Next RC

    Hi!
So I'm looking at picking up another Traxxas product....
I currently have the Nitro Rusty and I had the Electric version years ago.

The VXL Version in the Stampede looks really good.

What are some core differences between the Stampede and Rusty?

    Thanks

Rusty is 2WD - Pede is 4WD (since you are asking in the 4x4 forum)
Rusty is a stadium truck - Pede is a monster truck
Rusty is more agile - Pede is a beast
Nitro is more of a pain than near maintenance free brushless
With the Pede, speed and power are only limited by your wallet and imagination
The Pede can be easily transformed into a Slash, Buggy, Truggy, Crawler, 4x4 Rusty, ect....

If you think you will be upgrading fairly quickly, then I recommend getting a roller from eBay and building it from there.

    Good luck

Really have no complaints about it. Capable, tough and fun. Tons of aftermarket products that work with it. infinite upgrades.

Well said. You can even leave out the 'first'. You wont regret that choice.
