Purchased just as the TQi/LVD models where releasing...
SOLD the TQi... only used it long enough to make sure it worked.
I am not so good at taking before pictures... but I usually always have after pictures.
Then again, is a before shot really needed? lol
I have some plans in mind as to what I am going to do to this Summit, but since I change plans as often as I change underwear, there is no point of my spending the time to type them up. lol
I will keep posting as I modify this RC...
I do hope I find a point where I feel I can stop.
I will say this:
1) I will install a DeWalt and try it before I go brushless.
I would say "I am never going to go brushless" but I might be lying then. If the DeWalt proves to be as good as everyone claims it to be, I doubt I will go brushless.
2) If I go brushless, it will be sensored brushless.
Depending on my wallet and the accounts payable department (my wife) it will either be an XERun system or a Tekin system. I am leaning toward the XE simply because it is water resistant. But then again; when the time comes, who knows what is going to be out there for waterproofing electronics... this "hydrophobic" stuff I see is pretty slick.
3) If I want more speed, I will get an RC designed for speed.
I will not demand more speed out of this RC than it is capable of. Trying to get a pseudo crawler to be a speed demon is, well, foolish. That is what they make ERBE's and MT4 G3's for.
With all that being said....
