    fail safe

has anyone installed a fail safe on the jato 3.3, i recently bought the dynamite micro fail safe. and its not working properly. i can set it up fine, but when i turn off the transmitter it wont activate the brakes. the only time it activates the brakes is when i first turn on the receiver. if i turn on the receiver without the transmitter being on, the brakes activate for about 8 seconds then returns to neutral, if i turn on the receiver and then turn on the transmitter after a second or 2, the fail safe recognizes that transmitter has just been turned on and it deactivates the brakes. any one has had this problem?

does the fact that the new 2.4 ghz transmitter has a fail safe which it returns it to neutral, make the aftermarket fail safe not work properly?

i believe that it doesnt work because of the fail safe the new controllers come with, i tested it in my cousins 4tec and it worked fine.
