Wooooo now. First of all u might wanna edit your language.

Second of all, just rip the transmission out, clean out whatever is broken and replace. Most of the time when something on this truck breaks, it is bc something is out of balance. Double Check the bearings to see if one let go possibly.

    Straight from the manual.

CAUTION: Read before operating your model with 65+mph gearing!
The 24/54 ratio for use with 6S LiPo batteries is designed for maximum speed on smooth surfaces only, with steady acceleration to full throttle.
Do not use this gear ratio for general driving.
    Avoid repetitive starting and stopping.
Do not use the 24/54 ratio with NiMh batteries or low-capacity LiPo batteries. 5000mAh LiPo batteries are recommended.
Allow the motor to cool between runs, and monitor the motor temperature.
Do not use the 24/54 gear ratio for off-road running or overheating and damage may result.
Do not allow the motor temperature to exceed 200F or damage and motor failure may result.

Been using 24/54 for ages now including off-road and haven't had any problems with motor temps although i do have a large fan on top of the motor, also using 6000 & 6400mah lipos

24/54 with stock-size (decently small) tires and 6S LiPos is geared for almost 80 mph. You have no heat issues with that? Either you have a special system (fan or no) or one of the previous parameters is incorrect.

What happens when the fan dies?

Very rarely run on 6s, normally 5s or maybe 4s so that probably helps

Yeah if the fan does die then i suppose it could lead to overheating

With the 24/54 gearing on 6s with the phaltline tires yes it was a pain having the diff break but the raw speeds that this truck put out completely blew my mind literally that thing was flying
