    Truck Stand 4 Slash 4x4

ok, just got done building my truck stand while waiting for my batteries to charge for my tools to do some more bathroom remodeling so i figured i would pass the time and tinker around...Only thing i wasnt happy with was that the side slats just slide in and the groove is a tad to big so its alittle sloppy but once the truck is on it, it is very stable due to the way it cradles the truck

That's an awesome idea. My Slash is supposed to arrive on Friday and I can't wait. I want to get/build some sort of stand for it and was leaning toward the PVC pipe options. Now, I may just have to get me some Lexan. Thanks!

looks like it might be a 80's or 90's Craftsman 16" scroll saw...variable speed and workd great since the blade is tiny and can make the small cuts/maneuvers. Borrowed it from my father and now i want one or want to buy this from him but i doubt he will let me, he will just tell me to borrow it til im done, lol

Im all about makinG my own equipment you'll enjoy it better. But just in case your Guys
didnt know you can get a metal rc stand for $10 or $12. All you have to do is go to any
music store or Guitar center ask for a Guitar foot stand and then youll have a nice RC stand.

ya, those are pretty kool but i dont want something metal and heavy but some of us(especially myself) never seem to have enough room in my bag so thats why i made this and also to where you can take it apart and stow it away and it not weigh alot. Plus its Lexan/Polycarbonate so you can use the same paint u use on your bodies and paint it or mod it however you want since alot of people around here like to customize and ive seen alot of the JConceptz stands all painted up and what not so this was my option...

Here are the pics of the stand w/o the truck on it

haha, that is a crazy stand...Would be alright for something to keep at the house and let it sit on if you got the room but a bit much for me since if we go to town to race, space is limited
