Has anybody experienced the following. I trim my steering then as the car increases speed it starts to vere off in either direction and the steerign trim needs to be adjusted again. I'm continually struggling to get the truck to steer straight. Is it a servo issue??? I'm running the standard revo steering servos.
Is it an imbalance in the shock spring settings?????
Could someone please suggest a solution.
Make sure the tires are aligned correctly, the tie rods are even, the steering is straight on both servos and they are not fighting each other. Also, make sure that things are not loose and the pivot balls are snug but not tight.

Ok i checked all that and its all good.
What I also did was turn the truck upside down and use the steering.
What I found was that as I start to turn the wheels the servos start jittering back and forth then if I let go of the steering on the transmitter the servos start moving on their own.
Can anybody tell me why????
Are the servos fighting each other? It could be interference so stand further away with the transmitter.

Ok i tried standing away from it and still the same problem. I tries a few slow opposite locks then released the steering wheel on the transmitter and the servos go crazy and it finds a new trim position of centre...its weird
well this could be a low battery issue thus causing the irratic servo problems. also do you have 2.4ghz?
If you have the 2.4GHz radio just reset the steering ending points.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
yes i have the 2.4Ghz...ok i will give that a go...cheers
i checked the manual but no mention of reset the steering ending points....???
just make sure the servos arent overextending
