Please can someone tell me wich is the maximum voltage I can give at my micro servos TRX 2065, withouth take some risk to damage it?

I believe they are rated for 6v- do you need something more powerful, or are you planning on running and external BEC? You can find stronger micero servos easily, or you can power your steering servo(s) directly from the BEC if you need to ( if you have HV servos for example ) so that the other servos still get 6v from the esc's bec.
Keeping the Mods busy is my specialty...

My Summit has for the front steering 2 Hitec 7980 servos, for the rear steering 1 Hitec 7980 servo, the others 3 micro servo for front and rear differentials and for the low high speed are the original traxxas 2065.
The motor is the Dewalt 18volts,
the ESC is the original evx2, the battery are 2 lipos 2s 6200 mah 60c, and for all the servos and the rx I put a battery 3s 1500 mah with an external bec. I set it at 6 volts. The 3 Hitec may work at 7,4, but I don't need more kg.
My doubt is that the micro servos may be damaged at 6 volts. I don't found in no place the caracteristics of the maximum voltage they may take.
Please, noone may reply to me?
The question is:
How many volts the microservo 2065 may be take withouth take damage?
6v as far as anyone knows why would you need more power to the micro's?
