    Bumblebee Ver2.0

After running it for a while now with the 4600/SV2 combo, I wanted to get something lighter with a lower COG while maintaining the speed for my high speed runs. Plus, I've always wanted to try a NEU motor back when I still had a MERV. Here's the new power plant...just waiting for the original motor mounts, RR 35T, and 4mm connectors. I'll be running it with 3S for now (1600 40c)....

2 Questions... first, where did you get the NEU motor and 2nd... did it require the MMP or did you just want it?

I bought the last one in stock from espritmodels. I picked up the MMP to give me the option to run more than 3s.

He meant that he couldn't find it anywhere that has it in stock...I didn't have the patience to wait for CC since it is made to order. My second choice would have been an ARC motor to avoid the wait...

I decided to stick with the SV2 since the MMP requires removing the battery door to fit. Too bad it is raining over here for me to do any runs.

I finally had the chance to run this yesterday and I was impressed with the speed. I only ran 3s with 35/45 setup and had a top speed of 60mph. I even flipped it in the air twice (with the KB body) on some spots were the asphalt had a slight decent. Over all this setup will stay for good.....

Picked up some new shoes....custom foams for my speed runs

The HPI X-patterns are great, however with the cold pavement it looses grip and my top speed goes down. I was going to run the foams yesterday but they closed the park area for the winter.

Rhyan and I usually meet up at the sports complex on Kirk road where the skate park is at.
