Thought of how to make it a better off-roader

My idea was to use either masher 2k's, 30 series badlands, mt bowties, mt badlands?

Ive got a set of badlands and masher 2ks ill be using depending on where im running. They make a HUGE difference in overall handling because they grip and not slide around like the talons do.

Stock tires are actually pretty dialed. With such a big contact contact at each corner and 4WD, the Stampede is hooked up. And they aren't too much on pavement, so you can slide it around a little rather than hook and roll.

Exactly. You described my slash mt running talons to a T. They perform so much better with all 4 grabbing dirt. Very forgiving but still hook up everywhere.

This will be the first truck I actually KEEP the talons for. I have a set of mashers, a set of badlands and a set of moabs as well... but the talons have their place (particularly hardpack dirt with a thicker layer of loose stuff on top). So im going to keep them.
