    eh Backslash

it may not be much of a short course any more but it is still a Slash 4x4 at heart.

    Parts used for conversion:
Proline Crowdpleazer 2.0 for the Kyosho MP777
    Proline high down force wing
    Losi 8T/8B wing mount
    Jconcepts Rulux wheels
    AKA adapters
    AKA Cityblock tires

First test runs at the local track showed it performed better in every aspect, jumping and cornering especially improved with out that big body. It still does not compare to a real 1/8 buggy but it is not afraid to hit the skate park either Powered by a Novak 5.5T HV and Mamba Max Pro on 3s.

RPM front skid bent with a bit of heat.

That is the nicest back slash conversion I have seen. Looks like a production 1/8th scale buggy!

Thanks for the compliments guys, The front bumper is a Slash 4x4 RPM front skid (it comes in the bumper package) I used a heat gun, a vise and a piece of wood to bend it in the manner shown. Next I'm switching to a 2650kv Castle motor. I've been having some issues with the Novak HV & MMP combo.

All I can say is take you time when mounting the body

Traxxas seems to steer well clear of the buggies (except for bandit) and 1/8 scale... weird...
