    Best servo for the money for a mod Slash???

    Just curious what everybody is running for a servo.

    I looked at *********'s inventory, and they have some good servos.

    I ended up replacing with stock. Its waterproof, good torque, and reasonable speed.

    I wouldn't want any less torque, but I could see maybe having faster speed. I think stock is .18 and something like 110 oz torque.

    I went with hitec 645mg. I think it's .21 sec 131 oz @ 6v. The sloppy servo saver fits and is a bit slow for me but going on 1 yr with no issues. Oh, I took the case apart and added a thin bead of rtv on the case edges/wires and waterproof grease to the output and I can submerge it if I want to.

    I run the ACE or Associated DS1015 in my mod slash and 4x4....it's n awesome servo. 208 oz/in and .108 on the speed. Silly strong and fast lol
