Okay.. So it was about around Christmas time, i was working about 15-17 hour days and i still wanted to fix my revo for the weekend. It was around 4am when i put the front suspension pins in the wrong place in the bulkheads and now i can't get it out. lack of sleep screwed me.
i put the short pins in the bottom where the long one goes and now its stuck in the bulk head. The pins are too short to pull back out and i don't know what to do.
If i order new front bulkhead, front suspension pin set, and arms its gonna cost me about $15 + shipping but I'm hoping that would be a last resort.

Can you drill the pins out and just buy new ones at the lhs?
I think if i drill out the pin it would make the bulkhead really weak in that area since this scale is so small. I should just chop up the bulk head to free the pins and arms without damaging it and order new bulkheads for $5.09
