    PM sent buddy.

For those big ole 2.8" Trenchers (love these tires), I would change my springs to Losi. They are inexpensive (<$4.50 a pair) and a direct bolt on. Your Slash will handle much, much better.
    Use these:
For the front shocks use: LOSA-5132, 3.5 lb., Green.
For the rear shocks use: LOSA-5160, 401 lb., Blue

I use proline protrac ft arms, camber links, and steering links up front, and rpm slash 4x4 arms in the rear, which are the same length as the rear 2wd protrac arms...

    Hey rag6,
The Sla2h has the toe-in built into the a-arms.
The Sl4sh has the toe-in built into the rear bulkhead, not the arms.
Soooo, don't you lose the toe-in with the RPM Sl4sh rear arms on a Sla2h?
What about toe-in with the ProTrac arms for the Sla2h?

If you put Rusty, or P2de, or P4de or Sl4sh (all are the same length) rear a-arms on all four corners, you basically have the P2de wide mod. You would need to get the RPM gear case to get the rear toe-in back and you'd have to get new longer camber and steering links. It's be the same width as my Wide mod P2de. Sah-weeet.

why would the gear cass do anything? and could i use p2de camber and steering links?

i was looking at the The JANG Wide Mod for the Traxxas Rustler & Slash. and it didn't say anything about the back of the truck so are you not doing anything to the rear?
sorry for being such a noob

The stock Slash rear a-arms are not as long as the Rusty (et al) rear a-arms.

The 4x4 arms are longer than the 2wd arms. Put them sxs and you will see...
The pede 2x vxl links still work just lengthen them

I have the rpm trans and use the toe blocks. So the protrac arms give 2 much toe. The 4x4 arms leave me with 3 toe. And as wide as protrac
