    Got Mine!

I was going to wait a while to get one since they had been delayed from Traxxas, I even ordered a Savage Flux to tide me over which will be here tomorrow but I walked into a hobby shop today, asked if he had a Summit and he had just received a shipment and he opened a box and there it was, a yellow Summit.

Oh man! Well of course I have it now, have run it twice on some 6 cells I have at the local track. It handles better than I thought it would on the track, so much so, I'm going to race it at a smaller track where faster vehicles really don't have an advantage.

The crawling ability is ok, it could stand to have more weight lower in the chassis for extreme crawling but for what it is, it is fine. It isn't going to go where my 2.2 comp crawler can go because of the weight factor. It would be nice to some more speed, I'm hoping 7 cells will give it 4-5 mph more but I don't know that it will.

    Overall, I'd give it a 9 out of a possible 10, I Love IT!

Got my part, tore the summit down and got it put back together in 1 hour 15 minutes. Run a battery thru it so far and it's good to go.

The part I took out looks like only the outer edges were actually holding, looked like the inside had rotten metal in it and the part looked aged to, anyway,

    thanks Traxxas, I'm running again!!
