    Jato 3.3 Transmission case

Ok the other day I hit something and the trans case where the suspension arm connect cracked . I really dont want another plastic one. Does anyone make a aluminum case. I have searched a little but can find one.

    Thanks

I have seen a aluminum case on a jato on e-bay afew weeks ago. If you look on there alot there was a jato with a catilack (sp?) body and it had a aluminum case. I thought it was cool.

Pin mounts are in the case halves of part number 5591. The 2 halves of the trans case or differential cover or gear housing. What ever you want to call it.

ya the PIN MOUNT screw into the transmission from underneath. they arnt part or connected via plastic or anything like that to the actual tranny case..

alright man the differential cover bolts onto the back of the TRANNY CASE.

I think you are mistaken gac7773 that is the right part number for the transmission halves yes but, there is a thing called a suspension pin mount that bolts to the bottom of the transmission halves.

I stand corrected I looked again when I got home and I was wrong they connect to the case but are separate.

Do they make them in aluminum?
