To get this body to fit my Jato I had to eyeball things a little for the proper fit. The hardest part was keeping the same amount of space on both sides of the wheels in the front for turning clearance. I made some rough cuts for the fit and just finished them of with the dremel for a clean look. Once you are finished your front wheels openings should look just like a stock Jato body.
Sorry, I posted a new thread, this answer covers a question in the thread Jato bodies.
That looks awsome !!!!
Jato w/ OS TM 18
Looks good. Truck bodies rule!
Thanks for your comments guys, it also runs as fast as it looks thanks to an O.S 18TZ. I never wont my truck to look or run like the next guy, so drop in motors are'nt my choice. Or stock bodies for that matter.
Do you know if you could get an Nissan Skyline body on the Jato?
At least my engine didn't break yet.
You could probably get it to work with a few mods to the front of the body for turning clearance.
That looks SWEET! I really like that look.

I like what you did with the truck body. Have you tried running it off-road? or is your Jato stirctly on-road?
You can fit just about any 190mm to 200mm car or on a Jato. You just have to be good at eyeballing the fit.
This is an HPI Lotus Elise body on my Jato.
